By using the Services, you are agreeing to all to the Terms and Conditions listed. All Terms and Conditions are subjected to change at our own discretion.

Hotally is committed to protecting and securing the information collected from you. 

While visiting, you may be required to sign up with us, while providing personal information including but not limited to any name, email address, postal address, contact number, date of birth, or any other information that may be required to contact you. 

When you place an order with us, we may occasionally update you with our latest products, promotions, news and special offers via e-mail, post or telephone. Should you wish to opt out of receiving marketing communications from you, you are able to do so personally by logging in to your personal account at www.hotallysg.com. Or you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link from any email received from us.


3. Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase the goods by agreeing to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subjected to availability and receipt of payment into our bank account.


4. Return/Exchange Policy

4.1. I have received an item that has a defect! Can I return it?

We only accept returns / exchange if there is a defect in the item. Such requests will be looked at on a case-by-case basis. This is because we adhere to high quality standards and check every item before sending out to customers. 

Do send us a snapshot of the defect along with your order number to shop@hotallysg.com and a customer service representative will be in touch with you within 48 hrs. All returns/exchange has to be done within 7 working days upon receiving receipt of dispatch. All items should not be used, and must be in original packaging. All postage will be borne by the customer.

4.2. I’ve received my item, but I do not like it/does not fit me well. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchange for these reasons.
